Aberjona Operations LLC (“Buyer”), 184 Swanton Street #1998, Winchester, MA 01890, has submitted an application to the Department of Public Health, Division of Health Care Facility Licensure and Certification (the “Department”) for the proposed change in ownership of Aberjona Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, 184 Swanton Street #1998, Winchester, MA 01890 (the “Facility”). Buyer, if deemed suitable by the Department, intends to purchase 100% of the stock in the current licensee of Facility, Aberjona Nursing Center, Inc., 184 Swanton Street #1998, Winchester, MA 01890. There will be no changes in the bed capacity or services at the Facility. A public hearing may be requested upon petition by any group of ten adults. Such petition shall include the name, address and signature of each adult and designate one member as the representative of the group.
