Salter HealthCare is pleased to announce that Anne Pelrine, N.H.A., L.S.W., of Tewksbury, MA and a former long-time Reading, MA resident, has joined Winchester Nursing and Rehabilitation Center as the new Executive Director. Owned and operated by Salter HealthCare since 1976, Winchester Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is a 121-bed skilled center located at 223 Swanton Street in Winchester.
As Executive Director, Pelrine is responsible for overseeing and directing the day-to-day operations at the Winchester Center.
“Salter HealthCare has a long, successful history of providing high quality patient care,” said Pelrine, and I am very excited to join the team at Winchester.”
With almost 25 years’ experience in the health care industry, Pelrine’s background includes serving as Administrator at three Boston-area nursing and rehabilitation centers over the last 14 years. Prior to that, she worked as the Director of Admissions and Marketing for several Massachusetts-based nursing and rehabilitation centers and as a Community Resource Specialist for Lahey Clinic Medical Center.
Pelrine received her B.A. degree in Social Work from Bridgewater State College in Bridgewater, MA and went on to attain her L.S.W. In December 1999, she received her Nursing Home Administrator license while working as an Administrator in Training at a senior care center in Weston, MA.
