Salter HealthCare is pleased to announce that Paul Bellino, DPT, has joined their Woburn Rehabilitation and Nursing Center as the Director of Rehabilitation Services.
Bellino, of Tewksbury, received his doctorate degree from the University of Massachusetts and has worked as a Clinical Instructor, Center Coordinator of Clinical Education, Physical Therapy Director and Rehab Director over the last 13 years. His passion in the field of therapy is gerontology with a focus on neurology.
“The team here at Woburn is excited and fortunate to have Paul on board. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience that will enhance our rehabilitative services and complement the current expertise of our team. Also, we’ve recently remodeled our rehab gym and the expanded space and new equipment will help us to better serve our patients,” said Cheryl Evangelista, Executive Director of the Woburn facility.
With highly skilled health care teams and top-of-the-line rehabilitative services, Salter HealthCare is able to treat patients with a wide range of needs. There are five distinct rehabilitative programs available at the Woburn facility, including Complex Medical, Post Surgical IV Therapy, Pain Management, Wound Management, and Complex Rehabilitation. Salter HealthCare has its own teams of Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists. Other available services include cardiac rehabilitation, oncology care, nutrition counseling, physiatry services and skilled nursing care.
